Every story can help inspire change.
We would love to hear from you. Maybe you’ve experienced a moment when the right accessibility feature wasn’t available and you thought, There has to be a better way. Tell us about it—and tell us where you would love to see greater accessibility in your community.
But we want to celebrate the wins, too. Maybe you’ve discovered a library, park, airport, business, or community that went beyond what was expected and created a space where you or someone you love could participate with greater dignity, comfort, and independence. We want to hear those stories, too.
When we share both the challenges and the successes, we help others see what is possible. Together, our voices can encourage communities to keep growing, keep improving, and keep opening doors so that more people are included.
Universal Changing Places
A grassroots movement built on dignity, accessibility, and belonging.
Universal Changing Places began as a grassroots effort inspired by Greyson and our family's own experiences navigating a world that was not always designed to meet his needs. What began as a simple belief—that everyone deserves a safe, dignified place for personal care while away from home—grew into an advocacy movement and ultimately helped inspire the creation of the Greyson Channing Foundation.
Today, GCF proudly continues that work by advocating for Universal Changing Places in public spaces, including libraries, parks, transportation facilities, and other places where people gather, learn, travel, and experience life together.
Because accessibility isn't simply about entering a building.
It's about being able to stay, participate, and belong.
